It Takes Two1988Rating: 2 Summary/Review: This movie gets a two because it's not as bad as Crack House, which registered at the bottom of the scale. It's at least entertainingly bad at times, but Tony definitely steals the show. Not to be confused with the film of the same name by the Olsen twins, this is the story of a couple who are getting married in the next few days, when Travis (played by George Newburn, the guy who plays the fiancé/husband in the Father of the Bride movies) decides he needs to buy a fancy sports car. He takes the bus up to Dallas to the showroom and is suckered into buying a car with all the extras, as well as getting all the extras from the chick Jessie who sells him the car, if you know what I mean. On top of all of this, the manager of the showroom has been stripping cars, replacing the quality parts with parts from used cars, so the car for which he's just gone in debt over his head doesn't run. In the meantime, his fiancé is dealing with the wedding preparations all by herself, and their parents are starting to doubt if he'll show up. Travis, Jessie, and the mechanic named Wheel (Anthony Geary) infiltrate the dealership to steal the guy's real car, and Wheel goes one step further and blows up the dealership, taking revenge on the guy who ruined good cars. Finally, the bride calls off the wedding at the altar, thinking that Travis isn't coming back to her, but he shows up just in time (wearing the leather jacket Wheel got him and with Jessie in tow) and marries her. Jessie leaves him the papers to the car marked paid in full, and they ride off to the local motel for their honeymoon night. Anthony Geary: Tony plays Wheel, and he makes quite an entrance on a chair that swivels from a central point in the mechanic's shop up and down and around in all directions. Wheel is fairly tame until they decide to steal the guy's real car, and then he goes into something like commando mode. He wears a leather jacket and biker T-shirt, and drops from the ceiling like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, taking out the dogs with laced treats and gaining them entrance. He then watches the dealership blow up, cheering wildly and grinning. His ten minutes are quite easily the best thing in the movie. It Takes Two on the IMDB
